African-American Women: More than Survivors of Social and Political Injustices

“Strong Black Women” like Representative Maxine Waters, Mrs. Michelle Obama, Serena Williams, Beyonce, and Normani, are a few women whom I am proud to say exemplify personal and professional character that is symbolic of the stuff that African American woman are made of.

Each day I am made wiser and stronger by their examples of how to keep focused while experiencing attacks on their womanhood and humanity.  Thanks ladies.
